repeat customer reviews

Hi everyone,

I have a repeat customer.  For work reasons he regularly checks in at least a couple of days per week.

It is becoming ridiculous for us to continue reviewing each other for each stay.  What more can we say???

Is it possible to let go the reminders and prompts to review? Are there any penalites if we stop reviewing each other?  I.e There may be many visits over time that I leave unreviewed.  Will this reflect badly on my host record?

Regards,

Kari

I think the reviews are there to help increase your visibility as well as to allow hosts to reach Super Host status. I don't think you are penalized for not writing a review. Hopefully you are also hosting other guests so you will be reviewed periodically by them, so I don't see a problem. Hope that helps - Karen

One or two words are enough at this point!

Best ever.

You get the idea.

I seem to remember having read that you need 50% of your guests to leave a review. Just tell him that it is wnough to say ''another great stay'' or whatever, just a one liner. Doesn't take long. Will do your ranking good.
