I have a reservation "confirmed", but I never received a pre-approbation demand! And may appartment is not available for the perio requested.

It's the second time I receive a réservation "confirmed" without my agreement.

Thank you but I Don't understand how my precedent procedure of booking was modified, without my agreement. I just have changed the procedure for my next guests.
