Hi,

Is it possible to schedule an email to a certain date and time?

Since I have several properties I'd like to schedule prepared email to departing guests 1 day  before they depart.

That will make my life much easier and prevent forgetting sending instructions to my guests.

If it does not exist, you might want to suggest this idea the the wonderful airbnb.

Hi there, I was looking for something similar and found a company called Home On that does this and lot more. You can schedule welcome emails, check out emails, auto-schedule your housekeepers etc. I have been pretty happy with the service and its free. They are new, but if you fill out the form, they were fast to get back and get me started.

We would really like this option too.

We're in Bali, Indonesia and most guests come from different time zones (i.e. Europe is 7 or 8 hours earlier).  

It would be great if I could write my replies when I wake up in the morning (which is the middle of their night) but schedule them to be sent during my afternoon, when they're more likely to be awake.

I want to keep all correspondence on Airbnb's site for convenience, so I'm not interested in using an outside company for this.
