What if the security deposit I select does not cover all of the damages made by a guest? What happens then?

@Carla55 I would advise that you get vacation rental insurance for major damage.  I see you have a pretty hefty Security Deposit.  Did you have a situation where a guest created more damage than that or is this a hypothetical question?
