I need to open a video/picture that a guest has sent me. It is asking for my mobile number which I can give. Then it is asking for SMS password which I don't have. How can I retrieve that?

Any help would be appreciated, thank you 😉

@Morag3 It is possible to send pictures trough the Airbnb chat within the app. You should keep all possible communication within Airbnb for safety reasons and for future reference.
