special offer guest fee

Hi

I've just sent a special offer to a guest for a subtotal amount of 2,600 euros.

The amount I will receive is 2,507 euros.

Up to this point everything is fine. 

However, when I sent the special offer to the guest, it shows me the abovementioned amounts and also that the guest will pay 3,219 euros. How is that possible? 619 euros fees???? This is approximately 24%.

I have the same issue, but my guest will pay THB636,981 while I will earn THB300,413. The fee will be 53%.

Hi @Solonas0 and @Roungrith0,

You should be able to change the amount.  It seems that when you choose to submit a special offer, Airbnb puts in an inflated price.  You can change this price to the amount you are wanting.  Airbnb will then add their fee to the price when they send the special offer to the guest.
