problem with guests can any one arswer this i have some very arrogant rude guests staying in my house they have 3 dogs that they have not paid the additional £50 per dog then my housekeeper who lives over the road saw there guests park in the house next door and bring in more dogs. when I emailed them to say can they move the car and no more dogs are aloud to stay in the house. I got a very aggressive email back. They had booked 3 extra night so I told them I wanted them to leave and I refunded there money on Air B&B, they have not excepted it. I have tried to call someone at Air B&B BUT IT SEEMS THERE IS NO REAL NUMBER. I  no longer want to use Air B&B as there is no back up. I have used home owners direct for the last 3 years and Air BB for one year this is my first problem.
