strict cancellation

Greetings!

We have a strict cancellation policy. Guest cancelled 8 days out. My understanding is that we receive 50% of reservation cost, Airbnb keeps full fee.

my question....

WHEN do we receive the cancellation funds?

You'll receive your payout (your portion of the cancellation) the day after the reservation starts.  Double check your account though, as it might be delayed a day or two because of the holiday.
