suspicious inquiry questions

I am a new host and have had 2 different enqurires from potentials guests Asia asking if I have a car park.  They have no lisiting history and only facebook verification which makes me suspicious.

Should I be concerned?

@Bede1 If these were just inquiries, not full-on Booking requests, ask them for more information. In the meantime, decline their inquiry an explain to them that they're still welcome to book contingent on their responses to your questions. See what they say, if anything.
