Hi.  We're wondering if there is a way to set a template for the message we write back to the inquiries.  Seems like there isn't such platform yet at this point.  Or are we just missing it somewhere?  If there isn't, we think it's something definitely helpful thing to have.  Is there anyone who share the same idea?

I am managing 2 profiles. I have this option in Chrome, on Safari on another I don't have it maybe I can turin it on.
