variable minimum nights

hi guys,

i'm new to hosting and i have a question about setting variable minimum no. of nights - i can't seem to find an answer in the recently answered questions.

simply put, i want 1 night minimum on weeknights and 2 nights min. on weekends.

does anyone know if this is possible?

Ben,

It's a bit tricky to navigate but look on the right margin of your calendar page.  Find an open date and click on it.  A window within the calendar page will open.  There you can set a rate for a particular day.

OK...now click on a multiday period by using your shift key and mouse.  In the dark bar/banner at the top of your calendar page you should see: availibility settings.  When you click on that,  a new small inset page will open on the right hand side.  There you can specify your minimum stay requirements. 

Once you figure that out you'll be able to also configure for single days using the same availability settings icon: top right side of the calendar window.

Hi Ben, when I tried this is changed all my days to a two night minimum, not just the days I had selected. I am doing this through the Airbnb site on a laptop. 

I hover the mouse over the dates I want (for this example I used April 1st and 2nd). I hover over the three vertical lines until I get an arrow and click. This seems to highlight the days I want (1st and 2nd). Then I click on Availability settings in the upper right corner. This brings up a separate window with a few selections, one of which is minimum stay. I enter two and then click back on the calendar (there is no save button on the availability settings pop up windown). When I view the individual days on the calendar, ALL of my days say two night minimum. Can you please tell me how to make this change only on weekends? Thank you

I am having the same trouble I want 3 nights in the week and 2 at weekends but cant seem to do it. Did you find a way.

So I looked into it cause I needed to change it on my listing and it is actually very simple. Follow whatever steps thomas explained and then, when it comes to select a minimum stay, you have a link right under where it is written: add a requierement for seasons or weekends. you click on that and then you will be able to set different minimum stay for a specific season, weekends or specific days that you will need to enter. et voila!!

Has anyone notice if they go from one night minimum to a two or three nights minimum, does it drop the amount of bookings you get?
