I just had to write my first "not recommended" review for a guest which use their lovely girl picture. My cleaner said she never suffered that mess before and need 4 hours to clean. Every towell I provide is colored and they splash coffee on the bed.

I claim damage for bed sheet and 2 pieces of towels. I invovled Airbnb after the guest refuse to pay.

But the case manager said "we are not allowed to charge a guest without his consent".

I can't understand how Airbnb damage deposit working?

Your house rules say "Security deposit is $301 yet you don't have a security deposit listed under extra charges on your dashboard.
