30 day minimum broken by cancellation
Hello, I've recently switched to 30 day min rentals. However, once in a while a guest needs to leave early and would like to amend their reservation to receive a partial refund. I'm amicable to this, but it raises the question - what is reported to NYC in a case where a guest initially books for 30+ days but the reservation is later altered to be <30 days?

Did you manage to find an answer to this elsewhere?
It would be a good idea to also reach out to the local Hosts through the Local Host Clubs. I did find a New York Host Club where you might be able to ask these questions to New York Hosts. I hope it helps! : https://www.facebook.com/groups/830896930840373.
