4 stayed but 6 beds used

Hi,

We just finished hosting some guests who only booked for 4 people but when we went back in the do the cleaning and resetting noticed that 6 beds had been used. Can we ask for more money since they either had more people staying or used more beds than they stated?

@Pam2213 I don't think you can charge more asa party of 4 could easily use all 6 beds depending on their relationships. This is one reason why pricing per person does not work well. Far better would be to have a 3 bedroom listing and a 2 bedroom listing (or whatever suits your property) and link the calendars. Then lock the unsold bedrooms. 

This method also has the advantage that you are not trying to see exactly how many people arrive at your place.
