@Dominique1132 You're not obliged to request removal of your guest's review, but you can inform him that he has the right to post a public response to it.
I read your listing and saw no mention of the grill or of whether charcoal is provided. If the BBQ was a listed amenity, it would have been advisable to furnish the means to use it, but otherwise I see no cause to be critical of his request.
As for the dishes - well, most hosts would agree that it's inconsiderate of guests to leave their dirty dishes behind, and therefore well worth mentioning in a review. However, I would not present this in the context of a rule violation when your rules did not specify which cleaning tasks you expected of guests before checkout.
"Leave the place the way you found it" is a pointless non-rule that nobody is going to take seriously, because it only makes sense if you're expecting guests to deep-clean, wash all the linens, remake the beds, polish the floors, and fully prepare the property for the next guests. Obviously that isn't what you meant by it, so it would be much better to give some specific, unambiguous guidelines - e.g. "please wash all the dishes you used and place all waste in {designated location] before you depart."
