Add "Number of Pets" to Available Short Codes for Messages

Hi All!

We have seen an increase in guests bringing additional pets not listed on the reservation when booking. We would like to confirm the number of pets (just like the number of guests) when we send a Welcome message after booking and the Scheduled Check-in message one day prior. Right now we have to do this manually. It would be a real time-save to have a short code for number of pets.

We have found that since we have included the number of pets in our booking confirmation and Check-in message, it has reduced the problem with unregistered pets (or at least prompted the guest to fess up they were bringing more pets than what they listed when booking).

Anyone else seeing an increase in the "undisclosed additional pets" issue?

We do not allow pets but I think adding a short code would certainly be a great addition.  Have you provided this feedback here:  https://airbnb.com/feedback
