Adding special important information on Listing?

Adding special important info such as no drugs allowed, and can I get notified? Choose to accept or decline bookings?

1. You can put information about no drugs in your house rules 

 

2. yes you can set your listing up so guests need to request to book

 

do visit the Airbnb Help website it has FAQs on most aspects of running your STR business on Airbnb.
