Recently, I’ve had a few enquiries about coming to stay in our Airbnb
And of course  they sent lots of messages to and though

running out. Time

You don’t know if they’re coming or not.

Yes, it is frustrating when they say no at the very last minute

But my tip Is you win, some you lose some it doesn’t really matter

Found this a strange post. Perhaps your booking settings need updating. 

@Eamon64 . This is why I dont do last minute bookings unless it suits me. I prefer a guest who has planned ahead. Having said that I believe a few questions is a good sign. Try to help them with a couple before you really need to switch off. They will get the message if they are being tyre kickers.
