Airbnb ambassadors do not support host

I previously had a guest whose reservation stated 2 guest were checking in. Upon arrival, the gas was trying to check in with four guest. Per my policy after two guests, I charge a fee for additional guest. The guest was upset and paid the fee. In return, the guest retaliated against me by leaving me a false accusation review. i’ve contacted Airbnb show him proof of the false allegation and how this is retaliation, Airbnb platform refuses to remove the review and support me. After the guest checked out, he left me a note stating you shouldn’t have charged me for the extra guest. I asked Airbnb to look at my evidence and also ask for any evidence from the guest of the allegation they have made towards my listing. Guest did not have any type of evidence, but Airbnb platform will not back me up even though I have the actual evidence

I’ve been a super holes for two years got nothing before and five stars across the board. This is the first negative review and it’s because I am forced my rules and they broke Airbnb guidelines. I get penalized
