So Airbnb canceled one of my reservation by accident due to some "glitch" like they said. And now the guest is like "oh that's ok i had changed my mind anyway and don't want it reinstated". WTF??? I had a strict canselation policy. The guest canceling would have still allowed me to keep 1/2 and Airbnb is like "ooops we arre sorry". I am BEYOND pissed off. Anybody had any success dealing with it? I may sue them in the small claims court just on principle. Totally unacceptable.
