Apartment misused by guest for illegal work

I'm still shocked what happend to my apartment by one of my guests. I shame to mention for what they used my apartment. I feel not good because I think Airbnb let me down. No information what they did with this people and no reimbursement!

@Bader10 you don't appear to have a listing with Airbnb. Did your rules prohibit anyone other than the booked guest entering your apartment?

It was my second host ever and I still learn here. I am not sure if I am responsible to put rules prohibit illegal work by guestes. I belive this should be the general rules from ABB.

@Bader10 the standard rules prohibit prostitution. My point was to have a rule banning any non-staying guest.

@Bader10 Add a rule into your listing saying something like :

Only guests booked to stay are allowed to access the property unless permission is received from the host.

Adding to what Mike said, have you been in touch with Airbnb Customer Support to report this incidence?

Yes I have. And my problem is now with ABB more than that people who did illegale job in my apartment. It is not enough for me to block his/her account. the group are still in Europe using other apartments for illegal job. I'am following them in their webpages and they are in new city every week offering their dirty work using the adresse of the host. For me it's abig issue and should be considered seriously and police should be informed, otherwise ABB is liable for others. I will not stop requesting my rights.
