Checked in Guest Not Responding

Current Situation: I have a ABnB room in a shared home booked for 3 nights. There's a camera outside on the front door, so can I see that the guest arrived. Up to her arrival she's responded to every communication pretty quickly. She'd told me that she was in the area to visit a college campus nearby. Since she's checked in she hasn't left her room and hasn't responded to my morning after check-in message. I'm concerned that she's okay. I thought I might send a message that requires at least a yes or no response, but don't want to be intrusive. Any suggestions?

Adding on to the question above - I sent a message from within the ABnB app and she has not read it. Tomorrow is her check out day. If I don't hear anything from her and the camera shows she has not left the property and yet it's past the check out time, am I okay to knock and enter the room?
