I need a little help to assist a guest make a booking. She is trying to book 5 nights which are showing as available on my listings but for some reason every time she try’s to book she is kicked out. Airbnb have asked her for more info and now when she attempts to enter it it says she locked out as she has made too many attempts? Her original enquiry was for 2nd to the 5th of September (I’m booked up) The new dates are 6th until 11th (available)
Any ideas what going wrong? thanks in advance for your help. Duncan
What information are they asking her for? perhaps she hasn't uploaded a photo ID? Easiest way for her to get help is to call Airbnb and tell them it's for a booking in next 72 hours and her call will be given priority.
She could also try deleting her original inquiry.
