Awful Customer services for Business

Simply awful Customer Service. I am really unsure if you are making a joke out of people in general or if you are genuinely dumb. I have been having account issues since April and nobody is willing to help. i keep being told someone would call but nobody ever does, then i get a random message asking me if i need more help because you want to close the case(this has happened about 5-6 times already...despite nobody doing anything to actually help). If it wasn't a business account, I would have closed it and stayed as far away as i could. I ask about complaint escalations and they close my case and ask for feedback. Oh i will give you feedback. on all social media platforms I find!

The "you" that is being addressed in your post is not reaching Air BNB customer service but is being read by hosts and guests on a public forum.  Sorry for your frustration, though.

Thank you Linda. so sad....there is no way to actually reach these people or escalate a complaint. all they do is close cases without actually sorting out issues. also, my location is not NY, it is UK...i keep changing it since i joined but that doesnt change either... I am glad all hosts and travellers get to read this...hope they think twice before using AirBNB

2 years later nothing has changed. Airbnb is providing bad customer service. Booking.com and Airbnb used to be our fav OTA’s. Since the pandemic they outsourced their customer service to an external call center. The people who work there have handouts and check lists. If you ask them a question outside their standard topics provided on the handbook, you can hear their “?” through the phone. It’s frustrating and unacceptable. Cases continue to be closed without reply.
