Booked for today and tomorrow

Hi Nadia, my is Eudele.  I am arriving at 1 pm. How do I get the keys. Will someone be there when I arrived. Please advise.

@Eudele0 This is simple a forum for guest and host to discuss airbnb related topics, this is not a means of communicating with your host directly regarding your reservation. You need to log into Airbnb on your application or browser and select "Trips." You can communicate directly with your host from there.

You're just in the community help forum but you need to go under your profile and click on your booking. Then there are usually details provided there on how to check in, if there are any gate codes, house rules, etc and you can also message your host from there 🙂

Hi @Eudele0 

Open the Airbnb app or go to airbnb.com. 

Tap the “Trips” tab.. 

Select your upcoming trip.

Tap “Messages” to view any communication from your host. Most hosts will send check-in details there.

Under your trip details, scroll down to the section labeled “Check-in instructions” or “Arrival guide. This may include your check-in instructions from your host.

I suggest to download the Airbnb app if you haven’t already  it makes it much easier to access all your trip info on the go.

If you've already booked for today and tomorrow but haven’t received check-in details, I’d recommend messaging the host directly through the Airbnb app. They usually respond quickly. If there’s no reply, contact Airbnb support—they can help resolve it fast.
