I had a Guest that needed to reschedule his booking from July 11 through the 13th to September. I accepted the change, but the dates for July 11 through 13th are still showing booked by the same person. How do I release that booking
Sometimes if you log out of your account and back in, it will reset.
I’ve had issues where someone cancels and it still is showing on my calendar for 5 min while the system updates but u got a cancellation email and it’s noted in the messages as well.
