Booking request

I have a request from a guest that has been on AB&B for several years with a 0 star rating. There are about 4 reviews but all with a different name. How to politely decline the offer?

@Christine4706 It is not possible to have a 0 star rating as the minimum is one star. I suspect this guest may have been reviewed as part of a party with the lead guest getting the star rating but I a not sure. Are the reviews problematic?
