Booking on behalf of someone else

Just wanted to get you thoughts  

how do you handle bookings made on behalf of someone else ?

Do you feel comfortable with it or do you have any specific rules ?

For example ,do you require the person staying to be the one who booked ,would love to know your policy and how you manage it in practice.thanks

As Airbnb doesn't allow third party bookings I follow their  policy @Yan10184 - just advise the person inquiring to get the person who wants to stay to book directly. 

The only third party bookings I accept are through airbnb at work
