Bookings in the area

Hi there.  I have listed a home in Palm Harbor on Lake Tarpon.  I am shocked that I haven't gotten any bookings.  My home in TN books every other week.  Wasn't sure what the market was doing down there and wanted to see what others in the area thought.

@Missy98 I suggest retaking pictures of your rental in landscape mode so that prospective guests get to see each room in its entirety. It’s difficult to envision what the guest is getting.

lots of areas suffering from falling demand and oversaturated markets .
