Calendar/booking issues

Hello. I have a guest I was messaging with who wanted to stay for one night instead of the minimum two. I sent her a special offer for the one night and it expired. Since then I have tried sending her another offer, she has tried booking as well but it continues to say "dates aren't available" when either of us tries to book it. I have adjusted the minimum night stay to 1, I have tried to go back and book it as a 2 night to the agreed upon price and nothing has worked. Any insight is greatly appreciated!
