I have a guest that canceled a reservation, but it’s still showing on my calendar.

Sometimes it takes 5-10 min for the reservation to disappear from your calendar. You can log out and back in, refresh, and it can still take a moment to update. If it still shows up in 10 min then you can contact support. Double check to make sure the reservation says cancelled but I have had this happen several times even though the reservation says cancelled.

First, open the reservation details and check the status. Does it clearly say “Canceled”?
Sometimes the app lags logging out and back in can also refresh it.
If it still doesn’t clear contact Airbnb Support.
