I was hoping to Block off 2 Weeks while I travel next July 2026 as these are now open for booking. I would like to take the 30th June to the 14th July . I don't have any minimum days but I would love if I could get a last Checkin on maybe the 27th/28th June for a minimum of say 5 or 7 Days so I get some income while away but don't have anyone else check in until I'm home as I don't have any Help. Does anyone know how to do this?. Is it a case of setting these dates to Check Out only and how do I do this.
Thanks in Advance

Hi @Orlagh1
You can apply a custom rule set to your calendar for that specific period, so you don’t have to mess with individual date settings too much.

Yes you can do it @Orlagh1
Turn on professional hosting tools and create no check-in/no checkout rules that you can apply to the relevant dates.
If you add a minimum stay to the rule it's often an unnecessary complication, but you can see whether you find it necessary.
Be sure to thoroughly test the dates in guest view afterwards.

I agree with you that it's ideal to have the check-in at least a day or so before you leave (and have plans in place if something unusual happens while you're away).
Unfortunately, the more restrictions you set, the less likely you are to get booked. If the time comes close and there's no booking, consider a custom promotion and/or ease some restrictions.
