Can't login to Airbnb with my business email

I'm a project administrator. 

I'm trying to log into my airbnb business account to book a place for some of our employees. 

It says I'm supposed to click "Travel For Work" under "Account" but there is no such button. 

When I try to log in through my work email, it just says "Let's Try That Again. This looks like a business email address that's already in use. Try using your personal email address or use a phone number instead." So it's become cyclical, because I type in my phone number and then it asks for my email, which SHOULD be my work email, and then I get that message again. What am I missing here?

@Bridget396 I struggled with this as well after my old work started getting my travel reservations.

 

This only works in the app: You have to tap profile in the bottom right corner then under the Settings heading there will be a travel for work option after the Privacy and Sharing option.

Sorry you are having issues. This is a community of hosts and guests.

 

Sounds like there is a technical glitch so you will need to give Airbnb a call.
