Hello, this is my first year hosting. Mother’s Day/Graduation weekend is the busiest weekend here and my rates reflect it. I just got a request for next year and I am wondering how far out I can set my cancellation date. The hotels require 3 months. Can I set it that far out? Thanks!

@Tammy798 The cancellation dates are set by whatever cancellation policy you chose. You cannot change it just because you have a booking request.

Thank you @Emilie. I figured out how to change it to Firm for that particular weekend. My question is, can I push it farther out than 30 days? The hotels have 3 months for that weekend. I was wondering if I could do 6 weeks or 3 months for that 1 weekend.

All policies available to pick from at the moment are outlined in the article, so I don't think there's anything that fits what you're describing for now. If you'd like to suggest it as something to add in the future, I recommend you pop it over to the teams via the Airbnb 👉 feedback form 🙂
