Cancellation by guest

Guests wish to cancel booking, but are asking me to do this.  I am a super host and do not want to jeopardise this - what do I ask them to do please?

Tell them that since they want to cancel they have to do it themselves, explain that if you do it there are several penalties for you, fees, dates get blocked, note about you cancelling in the reviews...
