Hi guys,

Need advice on what you do when someone cancels at last minute and they have already paid.

The person booked 2 month ago.

You don't need to do anything. The cancellation will be processed under your chosen cancellation policy .

So for example if you have a strict cancellation policy you would be paid out in full.

Go as per your Policy,  Or if you want to refund partly, You can do it.  It is your choice.
