Cancelled because unit was not as described.

Booked a unit and arrived late at night after 15 hrs of traveling. We were both very tired and just wanted to sleep. Our host was friendly but after he left we looked around and discover there were no curtains in the living room. 2 old towels in bathroom. Shower was dirty. Etc etc

Owner lives there but moves out when he rents it. We were very disappointed.

Moved out the following morning and requested a partial refund...he's refused

Any advice on what we can do. We booked for 5 nights. Stayed 1 and requested half of remaining 4 nights

@Bernadette435 If you contacted Airbnb at the time then they should do something about a refund. If not it will be harder I am afraid but at least you can leave a review to warn other guests.
