Cancelling a guests booking due to major plumbing failure with Septic Tank and Frech drain

Please can someone advise me on best way to manage a cancelling a guest booking. I need to cancel due to plumbing failure at my home.

@Nicholas855 Call Airbnb and explain you have had a major plumbing failure and would like to cancel free of penalty due to extenuating circumstances. Rightly they may demand to see invoices once the problem is fixed and you want to host again.
