Customer stayed with us, did a chargeback, the money was taken out of our account and returned to the customer. They shut down the credit card and shutoff the phone attached to the account. Has this happened to anyone, and what can I do to stop this from happening in the future?
I don't understand what happened. The customer doesn't pay to you but to Airbnb. Did Airbnb inform you about the charge back and took the money back from you, @Michael7921 ?
