Cockroach everywhere

Discover many cockroach at apartment at 1st day at the apartment (2-6-8 Sumida City) how ridiculous it is. My kids are scared and my little girl keep crying. Family choose to move out 2nd day to stay at hotel

Oh no, @Vivian1723 what a difficult experience. Did you contact Airbnb Support immediately? What did they advise?
