Credit card was charged full amount

Hi 

I'm new to hosting and my traveler book a reservation and wanted the payment option but her credit card company charged her the full amount of the rental.

This is what she wrote to me:

Hi Judi - I just checked my credit card statement and see I was charged the whole price for my stay. I thought I had chose the deposit option and would pay the remainder closer to my stay. Could you please look into this for me? Thank you!

Does anyone know the solution to resolve this? Can't seem to find "Contact Info" for AirBnB...

There is nothing you can do to help, @Judi955 . Payment issues are between the guest and Airbnb. You have no access to the guest account, and Airbnb will not answer any inquiry you make on the guest's behalf.

Tell her to look at her reservation and follow the prompts for contacting Airbnb.
