Critique my listing - Ng in Gravenhurst, ON, Canada

Hi Everyone, I am new to this community and first time Airbnb host. I just listed my property in March in beautiful Muskoka region of Ontario, Canada.

So far I have had a great response with 2 night weekend bookings, anything I can do to get more traction and bookings.

@Ng32 Your place looks nice, but you should redo your photo gallery. Take normal photos, not all those weird photos that make the walls and ceiling look curved and distort the space. 

8 guests seem like a lot to cram into a house with 1 and half bathrooms. I would take the guest count down to 6 (which is all you have living room seating for anyway). The twin beds can still be utilized if needed for 6 guests, because even with 6, you are assuming that all will be okay with sharing a bed, which isn't necessarily true. 

It seems like almost all the new listings I see these days asking for a critique try to cram too many people into what is reasonable for the space.

Agreed! It also looks like there's some sort of filter on some of the photos where some of them look almost cartoonish? 

Also, try grouping all photos of the same area together so it's not jarring/confusing for guests to scroll through.
