A guest not leaving reviews for other hosts concerns me because hosts and guests rely on reviews to allow them to use Airbnb with a high level of trust and confidence.
This type of active participation is an important part of being involved with the Airbnb community.
A guest not leaving any reviews for any of their stays can indicate they would treat my property like a hotel instead of a person's private property.
I did eventually decline the request, not because of the review thing, but because the guest made a same day reservation and when I asked them a few questions, there was no response for 30 minutes and combined with their generic initial message, it felt like they were sending out multiple requests to multiple properties and I also wanted more time to ensure the place was perfect for them.
I declined it because the guest was non-responsive or slow to respond.
