Experience with a Terrible host

If anybody has a chance to stay at **. Please be aware that ** the host is a compulsive liar. She will take your money not answer the phone not answer her text messages in order for you to back out of your obligation. Then when you turn around and you're trying to take her to claims. Although on the website it says that you get back a percentage of your money. She does not meet the standards to go ahead and finish that obligation. I strongly recommend that you seek other places to stay. Do not stay at ** it gives Airbnb a bad name guess this was like a boy

When she finally answered I will show you my call record. She said let me check if you canceled. Then a message popped up saying. I would receive 157.00 back out of the 300.00 then she denied me that.. anything you want to see I will deliver. My credit card company is in the process now.

@Frank1900 Oh dear - who do we believe? It is all so difficult in a he said she said situation. Anyway the rest of Host's guests were very happy.....

Oh and just to supply some measure of fairness her view of what happened is shown below

 

Frank called me at 2 and i didn’t know he was the one because i had told him to text me so , i took a nap so that i can wake up at 3 to let his fiance in. He called again at 2:40 and i picked up only for him to ask for a refund! I told him i don’t see anything indicating that he canceled and he was so fast i couldn’t even speak. Then i told him to contact airbnb support so i can figure out what to do for someone who didn’t read my cancellation policy. He insisted that he wanted his refund and i told him he has to cancel a day before to qualify for a full refund but he went ahead and threatened me and said, « you can’t even speak English how are you even a host »! I kept quiet then he insisted and i told airbnb support to deal with him or i report him. The next day he asked if he could just come in and stay without being booked in to cover his money! How can i even feel safe having such a person in the house ?! and i told him i can’t break rules. Worst experience!!
