The landlord say he Will charge us utility fee. What does that mean. He will also charge us for heating the pool although in your ad it is said heatet pool. The total cost he will be 700 euros !

Yes we had to pay the landlord by card almost 3800 Euro for utility fees, tax fee and heated pool. I read heatded pool and saw a price for renting a house on your site and could never imagine that I had to pay to get it heated (50 euro per day !!!)

Extremely bad not to inform the customer about additional costs! The information could finally be found after all comments from other quests. This is not serious and I will never again use Airbnb
