Fraudulent Transaction - don't seem to be getting any help
Hi all, just wondering what the general experience is in getting assistance from AirBnB support centre ? I'm in Australia, have had a charge to may credit card from AirBnB UK, in Canadian $$ and after 3 days and 5 handovers to people and chatbots, no-one has done any investigation as to the source of the transaction. Is this the way it always is ? Do you ever get to talk to a real person ?
