Gap in Booking

I’ve been having a bit of trouble with bookings lately—there’s been a huge drop, and I haven’t had any reservations for the entire month. Even though I’ve adjusted the dates, no luck so far! Any tips or advice would be super appreciated! 😊

Also, I’m excited to introduce myself, as this is my very first time using the community center platform. Looking forward to connecting with everyone!

Have you perhaps had a look at other listings near you, to see if things are generally quieter in your area at the moment? It might be interesting, to see if there's a trend near you!

I would also recommend that you ask the Community for a listing critique to get feedback from fellow Hosts -it can often give you good ideas on tweaks that will make your listing stand out more to guests, leading to more bookings! Read more on how to ask listing critique by clicking here👈
