Getting more bookings

I have been hosting for 4 years, 63 reviews, 4.98 rating and part time host. 

My bookings have really fallen off lately. 

Wondering if there is a way as host we can see how many times listings are viewed?

Are people even seeing the option to book our place?

@Mary-Ann175 Yes you can look at views but the data always seems a bid dodgy to me. I wonder if you are overpriced given that guests have less money these days and will be looking to reduce discretionary spending. Even if your prices are similar to others in your area it may just be too high to encourage travel.

Now we are fully retired and have lost our dog we are travelling more. Interestingly it is cheaper to fly to the South of France and rent a place in Carcassone than it is to stay in Northumberland - Guess where we are going next!
