Guest Review

A guest mentioned internet and power issues in their review.

We addressed the internet issue promptly and provided backup service, while the power issue resulted from a temporary external outage beyond our control.

How would you respond publicly to acknowledge these concerns while providing context without sounding defensive?

@Dorraine3

I noticed you are the co-host of several listings hosted by Tanny.

I located the 3*** review from S. , which you probably are referring to, on Tanny's  account.

It mentions more issues then only the ones related to Internet and Elektricity.

When writing a pubic comment on it keep in mind your future guest are the main audience !

Thank you for your feedback. I agree that future guests should be the main audience when responding publicly.

My concern is that several of the other issues mentioned were never reported during the stay, so we had no opportunity to investigate or address them, while others do not align with our records of what occurred.

I’m trying to find the best way to clarify this for future guests without sounding defensive.
