Guest having booking issues

A potential guests is trying to book for 9 days and is choosing the 10% off no cancellation but when check out occurs it's reverting to the regular price... HELP!

@Rona808 Ive had a play with your listing and in May for 3 nights I get the 10% discount. In October for I think 7 nights I don't.

Have you only got the discount set for a number of days or particular dates?

Finally when I get shown the discount it DOES appear on the payment screen.
